No Enthusiasm for Cheerleading Squad

Poor New Trier cheerleaders. Their team is about to be dropped unless more people join. "This is like the end of school spirit," quoth one of the four varsity members. It's probably difficult to recruit new squad members when fans "throw steak-sandwich wrappers and candy at you," but the Trevians should help keep up that Winnetka spirit. Other Chicagoland coaches are surprised that New Trier's program is struggling because their programs are growing.
