Great Midwest Relay

So you want to burn a few extra pounds? A nice little jog from Madison to Chicago should do the job. The Great Midwest Relay is a two-day, 175-mile relay race planned for June 10, 2005. It will begin in Madison, go over to Milwaukee and then go along the lakeshore to downtown Chicago. Chicagoist can barely run for the El without almost having a heart attack, but if long distance running is your thing, this seems like an awesome event.
