As if Alderman Arenda Troutman wasn't in enough hot water, her brother is now telling the press that she was having a romantic relationship with Donnell Jehan, a fugitive who is second-in-command of the Chicago gang, the Black Disciples. Troutman's brother says that Arenda and Jehan spent a lot of time together last year and that they were lovers. Maybe she accidentally left it there after a hot date. This is getting steamy!
