How Come Maxim Didn't Make the List?

2004_06_media_magazines.gifThe Chicago Tribune published its second annual list of 50 Best Magazines. The article's intro mentions that there are over 17,500 magazines published in the U.S. And yet somehow People still made the list.

Chicagoist thinks that there are some magazines that don't belong on this list while others that deserved a place in the top 50 were left out. Which ones do you feel were wrongly included or left out?
