They Were the True Stars of the Shows

Chicagoist dreamed of driving the General Lee when little. While that may never happen (we're still holding out hope!), at least we can meet its creator this weekend.

Chicago-native George Barris, creator of the Batmobile, General Lee, KITT and other famous TV and movie cars, will appear July 2, 3 and 4th at the Volo Auto Museum in Volo, Illinois.
