Chicagoist wants to congratulate Greg Maddux, who became just the 22nd member of the exclusive 300 win club by beating the San Francisco Giants Saturday.

Pitching for the Cubs from 1986 to 1992, Maddux won his first 95 games for the North Siders before joining the Atlanta Braves, for whom he won another 194 games in 11 seasons. With his 11th win of the season and 106th in a Cubs uniform, he achieved the ultimate milestone for a major league pitcher. Now, Cooperstown awaits!
