Chicago Marlins?

With hurricanes battering Florida on a seemingly daily basis, the Florida Marlins have found a home away from home here in Chicago. Over the weekend, the Marlins played four games against the Cubs at Wrigley Field -- including one originally scheduled for Miami.

Monday afternoon, in front of a crowd of 4,003, the Marlins beat the Expos 6-3. Fans paid $15 to enter the park, $5 of which went towards hurricane relief. The teams play again Tuesday at the Cell before moving back to Miami for two more games on Wednesday.

To give the game a Marlins home game feel, the Marlins P.A. announcer Dick Sanford announced the game. Marlins personnel got rebuked by team President David Samson after Steve Bartman's image showed up on the Diamondvision during the game. However, it was later explained to be a regular part of the Sox scorebaord imagery. Bartman's loved on the South Side as much as he's loved in South Florida.
