<description>&lt;p&gt;The Sears Tower is now #2.  If you can&apos;t count the BASE for the antennae at the Tower you can&apos;t count the stupid concrete piles on top of the Petronas Towers. 

Taipei 101 is clearly taller than the Tower and Chicago should be happy it can finally give up the &quot;tallest building&quot; designation to a building that&apos;s actually taller.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
