I realize it's pretty lame to self-promote in the comments area, but local mag Subsystence and Interrupt Media are organizing an event at Sonotheque (1444 W Chicago) tonight, featuring a screening of Kubrick's anti-war trilogy (Strangelove, Paths of Glory, Full Metal Jacket) accompanied by a selection of classic protest songs.
