Say It With Us: "Chantico"

Starbucks is entering the world of high-end hot chocolate, haute chocolate, if you will, with the introduction of their new Chantico drink. This new addition to the Starbucks menu both thrills and frightens Chicagoist.

The thought of a rich, delicious, decadent chocolate drink thrills us because we adore chocolate. We would marry chocolate if we could. But it's frightening because normally hot chocolate of this caliber is something we have to seek out and make a special trip to get. With 87 Starbucks locations all over Chicago, including 4 on our commute to work, this could be dangerous - the new drink is a little less than good for you with 390 calories, 21 grams of fat and 51 carbs. That's not stopping us from at least trying it, though. On January 13th head to your nearest Starbucks to try a free sample of Chantico.
