Carry Handbags

Chicagoist just spent the last 20 minutes swooning over the cute handbags at Carry. The company was started by two women who worked in cubeland and came up with an idea (over margaritas, catalyst for all of our best ideas) to start making and selling unique handbags. They wanted handbags that were unlike anything they saw around Chicago. And what better way to get them than to make them themselves?

Like who has a bag that's made of a vintage kitchen towel? Or one made with a vintage linen calendar from 1979? Or a tablecloth? A tshirt? No one. That's who. Except.. maybe you!

Anyway, their bags are fresh and they're one-of-a-kinds. Chicagoist totally just sent their link out to ALL of our friends so you better get over to the site and check the stuff out before our circle of friends does!
