Eric Zorn's Notebook Blog

It's nice to see that the Chicago Tribune has stopped pretending that Eric Zorn's Notebook isn't a blog. They've finally given him a URL that makes sense (even if it's still too long) and a site powered by Movable Type with permalinks and the ability to search and everything!

The design of the site has a lot to be desired. We're suprised that it looks so much like a personal site and has no Chicago Tribune branding on it. .. but we're so impressed that it definately looks and functions like a BLOG, exactly what his "notebook" was and is.

WTG, Trib. It's about damn time! Now... lets see if other large newspapers will follow suit.
