<description>&lt;p&gt;I too was wowed by these dates at Avec when I ate there for the first time a couple of months ago.  Thanks so much for the insight.  After experimenting with the recipe, I&apos;d suggest roasting a red bell pepper, pureeing it, and adding it to the sauce.  Marvelous! &lt;/p&gt;</description>
