Those kids are not supposed to be out there--they don't have a permit, and they're loud and annoying. Too bad visitors always give them an audience. The people who actually live near where they beat their buckets don't like them because they're a constant nuisance. Now the truth has finally been revealed to all, including the naive visitors and condescending people who think they're "quaint."
