<description>&lt;p&gt;As a region &quot;Chicagoland&quot; might be ok, but I think sub-markets such as Streeterville, River North, South Loop, and other condo hotspots are at much great risk. A good chunk of these condos are being sold to/by &quot;flippers&quot;. Regional/city statistics won&apos;t pick up these micro-area bubbles.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
