EGADS! When in the world did Master & Commander actually make the list of movies worth seeing? I felt ill just seeing it perched next to Whale Rider.

I LOVED A KINGHT'S TALE. I own it on DVD. Paul Bettany is absolutely hilarious as Geoffrey Chaucer. It's a far more enjoyable film than Master and Commander. Russel Crowe has made two good films, The Insider and Romper Stomper.

I was dragged, against my will, to "master and commander" which was painfully, painfully, sucky! Ugh! Russell Crowe is quite possibly the least appealing man to ever walk the earth. A River Runs Thru It was fab, though.

I knew Vertical Limit was going to suck the second Bill Paxton appeared onscreen. I went to that movie expecting a relatively brainless action flick and not much more ... and I was disappointed. I wouldn't watch a Rob Schneider movie if the theatre paid me the nine bucks.

Not good. But decent. Or offensive to those who pay their hard-earned dollars and get crap like Hollow Man or The Animal in return. Part of me has no sympathy for anyone who paid to see these films. I don't care how many people tell me a pile of dog shit tastes like candy. I still know a pile of dog shit when I see one and I'm not going to be fooled into thinking it's something pleasing. Same logic applies here.
