Thank you for posting the information about Illinois' Children in Waiting, or the Illinois foster/adopt website. My wife and I are foster parents, and we can think of no greater need than finding homes for those 7500 children. We recently adopted an infant who was left by his mother after delivering him in a hospital. In this season of giving, please consider accepting the gift of life. MOON they have to call this child something until he is hopefully adopted. Loyola probably is not going to be reimbursed for taking care of this little tike. THANK GOD for the Catholic sisters who started and run many of our hospitals. They use a good chunk of the profits they bring in to help those who can not afford to pay, even if they aren't Catholic, including little Jesus. (Cook County hospital is not on a holy mission to help the poor!) SOOOO, since the hospital is most likely footing the bill they should atleast have the joy of naming the little guy.

Freedom of Religion ultimately gives everyone the right to practice their faith however they may choose. It was not intended to opress someone or everyone of a certain faith.
