Cozy but casual, La Tavernetta is the ideal place to take that special someone for any, ahem, occasion that may be approaching (wink wink, nudge nudge) – because you never take us anywhere anymore. Sigh Chuck, you mean "Steak and a Blow Job Day" on March 14th, right??? :D

Thanks for the review! I've wondered about this place for the longest, but never ventured in. My wife and I have often been in the area to see a film at the Century Landmark and wanted some good solid Italian food. With Bucca di Beppo being too crowded as well as just too MUCH, Renaldi's barely mediocre and the awful Cucina Bella being closed, there really haven't been options in the area. It's good to know this place might be just what we've been looking for...

Damnit! Why do you have to go blabbing about nice little places... Ahem, er, I mean, uh, la Tavernetta is awful - you shouldn't go. It's no good. You'll have a lousy time. You'll never find it, and you'll never find parking! Lots of people say that the food is really good and (once you're seated) the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. Uh, but those people are lying! Stay away! Go to the Olive Garden! Yeah! That's it! You'll hate la Tavernetta and you'll love the Olive Garden! Go away! Nothing to see here! Shoo!
