<description>&lt;p&gt;Here&apos;s a new use for your KitchenAid. They have a new ice cream maker attachment!

I make fat-free, sugar-free ice cream. 

Skim milk
Splenda granulated
vanilla
pinch of salt

The KitchenAid whips it up into a kind of whipped cream ice cream. It&apos;s not whipped cream, but it&apos;s a light and fluffy ice cream. It&apos;s so cool.

/I add a little expensive unsweetened chocolate most times, which adds a little bit of fat.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I mean no disprespect to this establishment, or to the Chicagoist reviewer.&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm sure this establishment is good for what it is.

But those of us who hate the 1950's and all that era represents will be avoiding this place.
