don't forget blommer's! i don't know what they did exactly to cut down on their 'emissions'... i'm just glad i can still smell them wafting on the breeze on occasion as i disembark from the train. mm.

I agree with Chicagoist that there is no such thing as too much chocolate. Chicago is known as the chocolate capitol of the county (Chicagoans eat more chocolate per capita than anywhere else in the U.S.) and the more the merrier. In addition to these two there is also the M&M/Mars plant on West Armitage/Oak Park, ethel's chocolate, Vosges, Palmer (ick) and a dozen or so others. So these two cranky chocolatiers can cool it. there is room for everyone.
