<description>&lt;p&gt;Funny, I just made a corn chowder a couple weeks ago, and plan on doing it again soon.  Although mine was a &quot;chicken corn chowder&quot; without the bacon, half-and-half and without the blended veggies (although I&apos;ll try it next time).  Essentially, replace the bacon with chicken, and instead of half-and-half, set aside one cup of milk and add some flour (or cornstarch) to it to thicken it up, and add it in. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
