<description>&lt;p&gt;It is too bad the voting machine problems (little to no security- poor UI- not working  or providing confirmation, etc...) are being lumped in with some strange international ownersihp issues. What about the fact the machines didn&apos;t work as they were supposed to? Why do we have to pay Seqoia if paper ballots are easier, more secure, and can actually be counted? &lt;/p&gt;</description>
