Chicago to Host Urban Garden Show

This morning, Mayor Daley will formally announce Chicago's newest attraction, Garden in a City. The unveiling is at 10:45am TODAY(!) in a large tent at Grant Park's Butler Field.

Garden in a City, the actual event, will take place in that same tent later this year - from Saturday, May 13, to Sunday, May 21. The urban garden show will feature more than 40 display gardens designed by leading landscape designers and architects. This is America's first and only garden and landscape design show focusing on urban horticulture and community greening.
