a roller rink?

a roller rink.

a...roller rink.

...a roller rink?

it's so simple, yet...elegant. i can't imagine having something so 'common denominator' and non-merch at the supposed busiest intersection in chicago, tho. what about parking? what would the rest of it be used for? i still think a boutique hotel would be cool. so, roller rink on the ground floor, hotel rooms up top, maybe a restaurant somewhere? hm.

one thing's for sure: if it's gonna be a roller rink, someone's gotta bury someone else in the basement.
