<description>&lt;p&gt;Errr... chicken in pho wasn&apos;t a concession to American tastes, unless Vietnamese street-corner cooks were already concerned about American tastes in 1993 before the embargo was lifted and any white people were there.  It&apos;s delicious, but it still feels weird eating pho for anything but breakfast.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
