It doesn't point the finger at Blago as much as previously thought. This indictment doesn't even mention him (no Public Official A), and casts Blago as more of the unwitting conduit that Rezko used to get in a position of power. It paints a picture of Rezko and Levine as very greedy people trying to manipulate the system to make themselves a boatload of cash. These people shouldn't be around anybody of influence...</p>
