I was just (half) kidding. *off to look for attention somewhere else* And I think I will try the Nosferatu this week. They have it for sale at the overpriced but convenient, attractive and friendly Printer's Row Wine Shop, just a few doors north of Hackney's. Nice bunch of guys own and operate the place.

Sorry, Jeff. I wrote in the comments last week that Nosferatu was already on the radar. The picture of that pint was taken last Wednesday 'round noon, before I managed to see if anyone commented on "Lucifer" and read your suggestion (my ego's fragile that way, also). So we'll split the credit.

Hackney's opens at 11 a.m. ever day. They also have Great Lakes Dortmunder Lager - the flagship beer - on draft.

I'm a big fan of the GLBC brews. My favorite is the Burning River Pale Ale, but they're all high-quality. Excellent recommendation.

Another great choice, Chuck. Great Lakes is reason enough to visit Cleveland, their brewpub is amazing and the hearty meals by the fireplace are SUPERB!!! It's still before noon and I just finished a Stone Vertical Epic 03.03.03 and before I could tell you how good it was, somebody sent me a link to an eBay sale that just ended... I just drank a $170 bottle of beer!!!! If anyone would be kind enough to let me know how early hackneys opens, I'll buy you a pint of Nosferatu on Friday (providing it is before noon)!!! Cheers
