Chrissie rules.

SCAM, I'm surprised you watch the Rush Limbaugh show ... On second thought, I'm surprised anyone watches it.

Fiercely political and brazenly outspoken, it seems like we need her more than ever.

And yet her music is most often heard as the theme to the Rush Limbaugh show.

Just sayin'

On Pegboy, great band back in the day and still fun now. But Larry is practically dying on stage for air between songs, and the band seems hardly charged up.

Pretenders? Are they really fun any longer? I dig Chrissie, but can't picture the show or newer material doing anything special.

The new Scissor Sisters isn't doing it like the last one, at least for me anyway. I mean c'mon Tits on the Radio, you can't beat those lyrics!

Speaking of Raygun, in case folks didn't catch the heavy hints laid out in Chicagoist earlier this week, they are playing SubT on Nov 4.

Oh yeah, and the Blue Meanies are playing Double Door Nov 3.

I'm so glad I didn't get Riot Fest tickets now!
