Weekend Jaunts: Sunday Edition

Chocolate, Peace and Music. We can't think of any better combination. The information on the events are below. As always, feel free to add additional events in the comments section.

  • As we mentioned earlier in the week, Riot Fest is going to be pretty great today. The festival starts at noon and the last band (Naked Raygun!) goes on at 9 p.m.
  • Also at noon today, the Peace Museum, 100 N. Central Park, will be showing 36 digitally designed art pieces by Cuban and American artists. The show titled, Shared Dreams will be going on until 3:30 p.m. There is no cost to get in the museum but there is a suggested donation.
  • 06_11_05chocolate.jpgWe are definitely excited about going on the Chicago Chocolate tour today. We can't imagine anything better than having some exquisite chocolate milk on a cold day in November. The self described guided and walking tour runs from 1:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and is located at 150 N. Michigan.
