O god I have been anoyed for a long time at the damn people feeding the Pigeons and I was wondering how to go about getting a City Law to fine people for feeding them. They don't even go south in the winter because of all these idiots that think they need to be fed. People that feed them are truely crazy people.

They need to change the law. If you are caught feeding the pigeons, you should have to spend 20 hours cleaning up their crap. I hate 'em too. Just give me a bb gun (and teach me how to use it ;) and they wouldn't have to hire a 'bird whisperer'

I walk down Well's street most days on my way from the train station to work and that place is always loaded with pigeons thanks to the El running right above the street. There's this one area is particularly bad and a few weeks ago I found out why. Some bastard old lady is going out there and dumping huge bags of croutons for them to eat. I was quite upset when I saw this that someone would actually encourage these little rats with wings to congregate and shit all over the sidewalk. I wish I knew which way she walked for work so I could encourage bears to kill people on that street.
