Focus, People, Focus

Chicagoist has mixed feelings about the term “mainstream media.” On the one hand, we think it’s a valid term used to describe traditional media outlets — ones that while we sometimes criticize, we also think are vital. We use them and rely on them every day.
On the other hand, MSM can be ambiguous, and mean different things to different people. When we learned what it means to Bill O’Reilly and friends, we were really surprised. And puzzled.
Nevertheless, we couldn’t resist this image of how our print friends weathered Friday’s blizzard. We were warm and dry (and upright) here in the old blogosphere. Woot!
