I wonder, was the food that supposed to served hot actually still hot when it arrived tableside - with all the garnishing that happens there?

I appreciated and enjoyed your commentary, thought it was very thorough, except for the one most exceptional dish, the lamb, in which you only commented on the presentation, and not about the flavor, which you had done very well on the others. Thanks!

The menu prices actually just went up slightly. The 12-course tasting menu is $135 and the 23-course tour is $195.
