Kids need to go to school. A smallpox outbreak? ok. Weather? C'MON! That is why there are gloves, coats, and scarves... To keep people warm during times like these.

I'm not going to my one class today. It takes me extra time to get bundled up, then de-bundle once I arrive, then bundle up again when it's time to go. The one class I do have could easily turn itself into an online course, and I think that's what it should do for this week...and all my other classes too. Too bad there are no colleges on that list.

I don't think it's lame. I wouldn't want my kid walking to school or waiting for the bus or being outside in negative 9 degree (before windchill) weather.
