<description>&lt;p&gt;There&apos;s a pop-up space (never knew they were called, that but makes sense) near my office, on Monroe just east of Clark. Around Halloween it&apos;s a Halloween store, right before the Super Bowl it was a Bears stuff store, and so on.

I&apos;ve always wondered if the building owner is content with having these stores or is constantly trying to get a permanent tenant but can&apos;t.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
