I work on the same block as the school, and they often pass out chocolate treats which is always a bonus. (and if we're splitting hairs, It's actually Jackson Blvd., not Ave.)

FYI, the Chicago Board of Trade is located on Jackson. The Chicago Stock Exchange is located over Congress Parkway (Congress/I-290 runs under the old Post Office and the Chicago Stock Exchange) and has an address of 440 S. LaSalle (the One Financial Place building).
