What I can tell you is that we all work hard to make the Irish Bistro a place people will feel comfortable, have delicious food but most of all; a great time. Everything's very reasonably priced, fresh, and full-flavored. Of course, count on there being Guinness in at least one dish of every course--even Guinness ice cream.</p>
