It just seems to me that the City doesn't really care about CTA and fixing the problems with it. I have to question what they have in mind? Selling the real estate and going 100 buses. Or is it like the Olympics they really don't know or the plan they have is all smoke and mirrors. Why does this Frank guy still even have a job?

Why does everyone constantly look for funding outside of the city. Sure the state and the Feds should kick in, and even Homeland Security, if that money goes to actual security measures, but the real problem here is that the city doesn't want to throw down enough money to support the CTA. At least the CTA could afford to paint the tunnel walls at the Grand Stop.
