<description>&lt;p&gt;As far as the escapee, he has one of the coolest nicknames ever, and by his escape, he made sure he lived up to it.  Willie &quot;Low Key&quot; Smith.  You figure someone who got the reputation for flying under the radar so he could get that nickname would be someone you&apos;d double-check whenever he said anything.  His was probably the most low key escape from Lake County in some time.
