i will remind everyone -- the reason the morning rush is no different is because there are still TWO tracks (tracks 1 and 2) going south. the morning rush and southbound service is no different than it ever was (shitty or no). the only service that is or will be affected is northbound service, which will primarily be northbound rush, when there are three train lines vying for track time on one track (track 4). that is all.

hopstop.com seems convinced that Logan Square is a the corner of Division and Milwaukee and is there for suspect in my mind. That and there is the fact that it is the most new york centric excuse for a chicago transit site I've ever seen. Boroughs? honestly now.

Also, you can use this Greasemonkey script (if you are using the Firefox web browser) to set "defaults" for the trip planner.

The feature might have come about because of some efforts I made. I pestered Carole Brown about implementing the feature; when she didn't respond, I complained to Tribune commute columnist Jon Hilkevitch. Within about four to six weeks, the feature showed up on the RTA's website.

Now, how about the RTA getting rid of that stupid Javascript scrolling text on top of the Trip Planner page? And what's with the extra click-thru to get to the Trip Planner? And how about that pop-up menu? I hate that website.
