@woodlawnchuck: Word on Ted Leo. As for the Walkmen, they're hands down one of my favorite bands from the last couple of years, but they get a little full of themselves sometimes too. They put out a halfway decent cover album of old John Lennon/Henry Nilsson songs not too long ago and while the songs were ok, I thought "Why not just buy the original album"? Anyway, I like them, just find them a little pretentious at times.

TED = over-rated Curious about the Walkmen though. That dude is like a quasi-prep-meets-GAP-hipster heroin addict. In fact, after seeing him the last time I did...Before the Pixies...I was convinced of it. Still, they're one of my favorite bands.
