check out rentometer.com. it tells you how much rentals are going for in your neighborhood. comes in really handy as a negotiation tool if your landlady wants to jack up the rent.

atleast a year, closer to two. its a good mashup but not everyone posts the address info in such a way that it gets picked up in google maps.

seriously - you are only just posting about housingmaps.com now? this is widely considered one of the first mash-ups on the web - I think it's been around for well over a year and ganered a good deal of attention when it was launched.
