R Kelly seems not to realize of the time passing and that he is outdated, he is yesterday news, as is -was- his music. He can try to withdraw attention making more noise and drop their names and make an attempt of cleaning his pervert image, comparing himself with them. This guy cant understand that he do not belong to that level and never will. Dr King did not play with underage girls and later justify it with stupid arguments. He is so stupidly vain and somewhat retarded...I could laugh with anything coming out of his iliterate mouth

Sad. Another glaring reflection of a growing leadership vacuum. Kelly can make comments like this because he is protected and sheltered by pimps like “Rev. Senator” James Meeks, Jesse Jackson, Oprah Winfry, etc. Of course Jesse and Meeks are too busy doing their own “bump and grind” for R. Kelly dollars. And where are Bill Cosby and Barack O’Bama on this? Oh that’s right they only critique poor black folks. Is it any wonder why we have 16 year old kids boarding buses with out regard, fear, and emotion to blast away other children? When King was alive, inner city kids could turn on the TV and see some one willing to die for them and it wasn’t just Martin, it was Malcolm, Huey, Stockley, Ali, etc. Now they turn on the TV and see some one calling himself King and Ali but ready to freak and molest them. Yea Kelly, "What’s Going On"?

That's the thing about R.Kelly. No way he is the clueless egomaniac buffoon many people say he is. He is a very *smart* egomaniac. I mean, he is so overwhelmingly over the top all the time in his words and rhymes and videos and projects (how many times has he declared himself "the King of R&B"?)- he pushes, plays it straight but is really winking at us.
