<description>&lt;p&gt;Where was the conversation about seafood!  I&apos;m surprised by the report here that there was no mention of seafood at all!  What about Rich Vellante of Legal Seafoods.  Surely he discussed the importance of choosing fish wisely, and looking for the most sustainable choices, whether the fish is wild or farmed!  

With 90% of our large fish like tuna, swordfish and shark already gone, we need to begin thinking about the fish we choose to eat.  Further, the negative environmental impacts of some seafood choices, like most farmed salmon, needs to be taken into consideration when choosing fish for dinner.

In a discussion of sustainability and food, it is shameful to neglect seafood.  We can make a difference in the dire prediction of the future - that we will run out of seafood by 2048 - if we start changing our behavior now.

<description>&lt;p&gt;They should tackle the ridiculously high 10.25% sales tax on restaurants in Chicago.  This has a huge effect on the ability of many independent restaurants to keep operating.  

Try offering cash at some small, one-outlet restaurants.  Many will eliminate sales tax AND you can get the satisfaction of sticking it to the man!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
