Here's a link to an awesome piece I read on Puebla, Mexico (the birthplace of mole or something like that) in the New York Times last year. And Don Juan's on the Northwest Side has amaaaaaaazing mole. Eat up.

You MUST go to NMOMA for the Dia de los Muertos displays when they have them. They have some of the artists there, making sugar skulls for you to purchase, too!!!

all my recipies are straight up from the rick bayless cookbook. i'd like to see the homemade recipie list when it's done. and apparenlty mole is very difficult to make.
