<description>&lt;p&gt;the universe only gives us what we can handle.  apparently, they don&apos;t really hang in the city, because our tree root systems aren&apos;t that extensive. they&apos;re overtaking the suburbs.  so my phobias have been allayed.  no cicadas here, it seems.

<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the link to the cicada mp3s. I&apos;m disappointed that none of the songs have lyrics about cicadas. Not one. Then again I was skipping around from song to song, so maybe I missed some.
