I hope the Showmen's League fights this one to the Supreme Court. Maybe the new lineup of wing-nut judges will rehear the Kelo case & overturn the previous, obscene decision. As for the Stebic case, will this finally put an end to the psychics & their bullshit about finding bodies? They have no powers, "Medium" & "Ghost Whisperer" are crappy TV shows that have no basis in reality! They can't find their own assholes, how can they find a corpse? They're total bullshit! Complete make believe!

I'm getting really fed up with the use of Eminent Domain laws to take away people's businesses. Why doesn't the city take John Buck's land and build a park the will "enhance" Harry's Hot Dogs? There are lots of communities that could use a little park built, but it is not needed on Randolph Street. Ahhhhgggg!

How is it legal for this psychic to prey on the Stebic family? Now they're going to waste all this time searching 1,600 acres. And of course, if she is found somewhere in that park (the body was dumped in a nearby wooded area? Wow, that's a stretch), it will be claimed a victory -- ignoring the fact that the specifics given were wrong, and it's only a vague match -- and the cycle of deception will continue... Sorry for the rant, psychics and paranormal nutjobs are a bit of a pet peeve with me.
