The latest object of food blog Serious Eats' affection is none other than Chicagoist Food and Drink Editor Chuck Sudo. Way to go, Chuck!

We won't quote the entire feature to you, because we know you are going to go and read the interview yourself, but we did think one part was worth specifically mentioning.
