<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;d bet the farm that these two characters had hangovers.  And I blame the media for 500 people lining up for this sickness.  I don&apos;t think 500 people have eaten hummus in the existence of the dip.  I&apos;m in Pars Cove&apos;s corner on the fact that they could debunk 500 orders (shared or not) were served.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, this is a little different from the misplaced pants case.  It&apos;s not really unreasonable for someone who consumed contaminated food and became ill to bring a personal injury lawsuit against the restaurant that served it.  There are also legitimate reasons for filing a lawsuit right away...for example, the plaintiff can immediately ask for court protection in preserving evidence that might otherwise disappear.  Of course, this case has &quot;potential class action&quot; written all over it.  This could ultimately be transformed into litigation motivated to provide compensation for class action lawyers, rather than salmonella victims. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
