<description>&lt;p&gt;Ahem, the Austin clinic, not surprisingly, is in Austin (as in the Chicago neighborhood of Austin, 4909 W. Divison to be precise), not in Oak Park. 

But this is absolutely typical of the irrational layoffs going on in the Cook County Bureau of Health Services, where often the best and hardest working people lose their jobs while the hacks stay.  The lay-offs at the County Jail were even worse than this. But I&apos;m glad for the particular coincidence of the award followed so closely by the lay-off, just because it shines a spotlight on the continuing atrocities.   &lt;/p&gt;</description>
