Yeah. I love the view of the building three feet next door, and also the one directly behind me. That's totally unreasonable of a guy to want a view of a place he purposely moved next to (I'm sure no one here thinks any kind of land is actually beautiful or anything, to where you'd want a view of it and all..) Those silly people in the suburbs! What will they think of next?!

Is this guy trying to create the most mind numbingly boring life possible? Watching golf on TV is bad enough and they don't the wandering around between shots. He's within his rights but I think anybody who cuts down a healthy tree that's not like wrecking their house's foundation or something's a fucking idiot.

The only thing this proves is that people with money will litigate whenever possible. It also proves that home owners associations have too much time on their hands.
